I am originally from Los Angeles, CA. and have lived in Manhattan for the last six years. My mother has had for many years, a successful real estate agency in Los Angeles and as a child I lived and breathed real estate. Growing up in my mother's business I indirectly participated in her dealings and learned how to handle very laid back, easygoing clients. Here, the speed of the City and the great demand for property keeps you on your toes and I've become seduced by the high energy of the City.
I live on the Upper West Side and because of my familiarity with and knowledge of the area; it is where I specialize in residential sales and apartment rentals. However, I will follow or take my clients to the neighborhood of their preference.
I represent both buyers and sellers, and have a long list of celebrity clients in both Los Angeles and New York.
I recently sold a fabulous apartment in Tribeca - over $1.5 million that was featured in the book, "50 Great New York Apartments" - and am working out of the Empire State Building with a group of great people.
My husband and I have been married for 24 years, and have raised 3 children of whom we're very proud. We now share our apartment with 2 dogs, a cat and a bird. I enjoy cooking, traveling, reading and long walks through Central and Riverside Parks . I also enjoy meeting new people and hearing the stories they have to tell. I love this City and real estate gives me the opportunity to enjoy it at its fullest.
